New Product Introduction proprietary software is now used for all new orders. The Documentation team will inspect all manufacturing data, including the bill of materials and their mfg specifications. Once all files have been uploaded & confirmed, they run a complete DFM/DFA. The 3D Simulation software combines all files to create a 3D model of the finished assembled product. The program will then look for cost and reliability solutions and mismatches, including fitment, polarity, and rotation of all PCB pads & parts, once the product has been verified as sound and free of all issues by our DFM/DFA team and the customer. We are now ready to proceed with the quick-turn build.

We take care of finding difficult-to-locate or obsolete parts. Cross-referenced and substituted parts can be performed with your approval if the original parts are not obtainable. Our standard timeline for part sourcing is no more than two days from order placement to the arrival of your parts at our production facility.
